Welcome to Desert Winds Assisted Living
Desert Winds is a beautiful Assisted Living Community located in Peoria, Arizona. We were the first of five communities built back in 1999, offering spacial studio and one bedroom apartments with ample space for our residents’ furniture, clothing and personal items.
The two-story Assisted Living Building is built around a courtyard that is a focal point for activities such as games, social hours, entertainment and much more are offered every day to keep you, your loved one or friend interacting and socializing with others. We also provide beautiful views from the apartments surrounding a lush garden setting.
Prior to moving into our Retirement Community, a resident is given a complete assessment by our licensed Desert Winds Staff, in order to develop a personal care plan that is unique to him or her. We offer a menu of services based on the resident’s needs, and make it convenient to alter that plan should the residents need change.
Highly qualified, licensed Assisted Living Staff are on hand 24 hours a day to provide loving care, delicious well-balanced meals and a variety of activities to enrich the lives of our residents.

I have been serving Seniors for over 20 years as an Activity Director where I enjoyed planning and participating in activities for the residents.
